Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of One Medium Special Fire, Rescue And Fire-Fighting 4X4 For Osp Czyżów

1) The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of One Average Special Fire, Rescue And Fire-Fighting 4X4 For The Volunteer Fire Brigade Unit In Czyżów; 2) The Contracting Authority Requires, Among Others In Order For The Offered Car To Be Factory New And Meets The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Privileged Vehicles; 3) The Provided Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Unused, Undamaged, Not Covered By The Rights Of Third Parties; 4) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide And Transfer To The Contracting Authority Of Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle And, Among Others Testimonies Of Admission Of The Vehicle For Use In Fire Protection Units; 5) During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Request Of The Contracting Authority With Documents Constituting Evidence Of The Delivery Of The Required Standards And Provisions And The Required Parameters (Certificates, Certificate, Certificate, Catalog Cards, Instructions, Etc.) In Order To Accept And Assess Compliance With The Detailed Technical Specification/Detailed Description Of The Subject Orders/Opz; 6) The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Picked Up At The Contractors Headquarters By The Employer Within The Previously Set Time; 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Train The Users Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Basic Vehicle Service; 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly Cooperate With The Ordering Party, In Order To Coordinate The Correct Delivery And Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Contracting Authority; 9) Full, Detailed And Exhausting Description Of The Subject Orders Were Specified In: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 1 To Swz; B) Planned Contractual Provisions - Annex 2 To Swz; C) Answers To Questions Answered During The Tender Procedure (If Concerned). Documents Should Be Treated As Complementary.
