Are you between 1835 years old, living in Lebanon, and ready to invest in your mental and emotional well-being? As part of the YALLA Initiative, Borderless NGO invites you to a 5-day immersive bootcamp that centers mental health, self-awareness, and emotional resilience in a safe, supportive, and stigma-free environment. What Youll Experience: Tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm Activities that build self-awareness, confidence, and emotional intelligence Peer circles for support, expression, and reflection Creative exercises rooted in positive psychology and trauma-sensitive practices A chance to connect deeply with others and yourself Who Can Apply: Aged 1835 Living in Lebanon Interest in mental health, emotional resilience, and wellbeing Openness to explore self-awareness, coping strategies, and stress management tools Willingness to participate in group discussions, mindfulness activities, and peer support exercises Commitment to attend the full 5-day in-person bootcamp in Beirut Motivation to promote mental health awareness in personal, academic, or community settings Able to commit to 5 full training days in Beirut No prior mental health experience needed.
