1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Warehouse Base Building With A Garage Function In Radom At Ul. Jan Józef Lipski 10. In The Field Of The Project, The Following Works Occur, Among Others: Execution Of Works Consisting In The Demolition Of The Existing Warehouse (Shelter) Together With Existing Utility Installations, As Well As The Reception And Utilization Of Waste From The Demolition Of Waste, Transferring The Existing Heating Connection At The Place Of Construction Of The Storage Base, Cutting Out The Existing Stand, Removal And Sublime. Metal Structural Elements Located Within The Construction Of The Warehouse Base, Pavement Hardening And The Construction Of The Turnkey Warehouse And Garage Building, I.E. To The Extent Described In The Design Documentation, As Well As The Transfer Of Full Documentation To The Ordering Party Allowing For Permission To Use, Including Electrical, Sewage And Road Connections. The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Design Documentation (Annex 8 To Swz) And The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex 9 To Swz). The Subject Of The Contract Also Specifies The Contract Template - Annex 7 To Swz.
