A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Pfu), Constituting Annex 1 Of The Agreement And The Predominant, Constituting Annex 2 To The Contract. 3. The Investment Task In Question Includes The Implementation Of A Collective Residence Building, Consisting Of Three Units, Made In Modular Technology (Containers) Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure On The Area Of Registration Plot No. 1313/42. The Scope Of Investment Plots Can Be Included In The 1313/50 Plot Due To The Distance Of Building From The Border. On Plot 1313/50, No Additional Field Work Is Planned. Both Plots Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Construction Of 3 Container Residential Units, Consisting Of 8 Containers With A Total Total Area Of Approx. 122M2, Is Planned. Units Are Provided As Municipal Flats For 3 Families The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Design And Implementation Of Objects Along With Transport, Assembly, As Well As The Execution Of Connections, Hardening And Retrofitting Of Apartments. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Removal Of Possible Collisions With Existing Underground Weapons And Obtaining Necessary Design And Acceptance Documents For The Use Of Objects As Intended. 6. The Scope Of Planned Design Works In Accordance With Pfu And The Pre-Trend: 1) Performing Soil And Water Tests And Conditions Of The Foundation Of The Facility, Within The Scope Of The Required Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of 25 April 2012 On Determining The Geotechnical Conditions For Foundation Of Construction Facilities With The Development Of Geological Documentation, 2) Developing A Conceptual Project Taking Into Account The Guidelines Taking Into Account The Guidelines Ordering Party, 3) Developing A Construction Project On The Basis Of An Agreed Concept, 4) Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Decisions And Permits - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 5) Execution Of Contractor And Costing Documentation Enabling The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Predominance And Investors Cost Estimate, 6). Making The Athlete Of The As -To And Obtaining A Permit For The Use Of The Residential Buildings In Question (If Required) - Including As -Built Geodetic Inventory, As -Built Construction Documentation, Energy Performance Certificates. 7.
