    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In A Comprehensive Organization Of Away Workshops With Accommodation And Meals For Participants, Within Two Consecutive Days (Free From School Activities) Within 2 Months From The Date Of The Contract. The Number Of Participants - 20 People - 20 People, Including: 18 Participants Of The Project Entitled Better Start In Adult Life (8 People From The 17-24 Age Group And 10 People From The 13-16 Age Group) And 2 Guardians-Representatives Of Pcpr In Elbląg. The Contract Performance Date: Maximum Two Months From The Date Of The Contract. The Final Date Will Be Indicated In The Trip Schedule Submitted By The Contractor No Later Than 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract - The Schedule Will Be An Attachment To The Contract. The Number Of Training Workshops - 10 Didactic Hours Per Group. Number Of Training Groups - 2. Training Workshops - Addiction Prevention, Healthy Nutrition Principles, Health Threats Resulting From Improper Nutrition - Group And Individual Activities (In The Form Of Consultations For People Willing) With An Instructor As Part Of Propagating Constructive Spending Free Time And Active Lifestyle. Place Of Implementation Of The Service: A Town Located At A Distance Of Not More Than 60 Km From Elbląg. Chiefs: People Staying In Foster Families And Pupils Of Care And Educational Institutions, Inhabited In The Elbląg Poviat. The Contractor Is To Guarantee And Ensure: 1) A Stay In A Center Located At A Distance Of Not More Than 60 Km From Elbląg2) Transport Of Participants To Both Sides (Elbląg-Place Of Stay-Elbląg) 3) Staff Guaranteeing The Correct Organization And Service, 4) Accommodation In Hotel Rooms 2, 3-Person 5) Singling For Participants 6) Organization Of A Coffee Break For Each Day During Each Day Training Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz
