3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Providing Laundry Services To The Employer, In Accordance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements For Disinfection And Washing Processes Depending On The Assortment, As Well As Technology And Conditions In Force In Healthcare Facilities. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Provision Of Laundry Services, Including Things In Relation To The Washing: Disinfection, Chemical Laundry, Washing Using Appropriate Washing Agents, Removing Patches Of Organic Origin, Rinsing, Drying, Starching, Bedding /Linen, Medical Clothing, Tablecloths And Napkins Items Listed In Annex 1 To The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As The Laundry Services In Total. 3. The Quantities Specified In Annex 1 To The Contract Constitute An Estimated Consumption And May Be Reduced In Relation To The Amount Specified In The Attachment To The Contract, Not Constituting The Contracting Authority To Its Full Implementation, Or Grounds For The Contractor To Claim Damages For Damages For Not Using The Maximum Value Of The Contract. 4. It Is Required To Use Technologies That Guarantee High Quality Of The Service In Accordance With The Requirements In Force In Health Care, Ensuring Full Compliance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations. Also, The Rooms In Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed Must Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations For This Type Of Activity. The Funds Used When Performing The Order Must Have The Required Approvals And Certificates. In Addition, The Contracting Contractor Will Be Obliged To Respect The Washing Conditions Specified On The Information Tag On The Given Assortment. 5. The Contractor Will Bear Legal And Material Liability For Laundry Services In The Field Of Quality And Compliance With Sanitary Requirements For Control Bodies (Sanitary And Epidemiological Station, Pip, Bhp). 6. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Pursue Claims From The Contractor In The Event Of Damage To Persons (Patients/ Patients, Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Sanatorium/ Arising In Connection With The Provision Of The Service Being The Subject Of The Contract. 7. Conditions For Receipt And Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority By The Emerged Contract: A) Receipt By The Contracting Authority To Perform Dirty Items To Perform The Laundry. Times A Week, I.E. On Monday, Wednesday And Friday, With The Proviso That The Dirty Items From Friday Will Be Returned To The Employer After The Laundry Service On Monday. B) The Reception Of Dirty Items For The Implementation Of The Laundry Service Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor From The Ordering Party In Special Packages Provided By The Contractor At His Own Cost At The Amount Of Items Appropriate To The Service. And Clean And Remaining In The Laundry. D) The Return Of The Item After The Laundry Service Will Be Carried Out
