The Subject Of The Public Contract Is: -Fysical Supply Of Electricity To The Collection Points Of The Contracting Authorities (Hereinafter Referred To As The Delivery) With The Takeover Of The Obligation To Remove Electricity From The Electricity System, -Liability For Deviation To Suppliers Pursuant To Act No. 458/2000 Coll., On Business Conditions And On The Performance Of State Administration In The Energy Sectors And On Amendments To Certain Acts (Energy Act), As Amended And Within The Meaning Of The Energy Regulatory Office Decree No. 408/2015 Coll. Electricity And Implementation Of Some Other Provisions Of The Energy Act, As Amended And Other Implementing Decrees For This Act, As Amended, -Insurance Of Regulated Access To Transmission System And Distribution Systems And Providing System Services, -Insurance Of Billing And Unregulated Electricity Components. Place Of Filling: Central Contracting Authoritys Settings And Mandatory Submitters Pursuant To Article 2 Septing Plays Of Electrical Engine Of Supports From The Voltage Level Of The Lv In A Total Of 71 And In The Total Amount Of Supply For The Period From 1.1.2026 To 31.12.2026 Approx. 660 Mwh.
