The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Collect Sufficient Information On Optical And Enlarging Aids For Visually Impaired And Related Software, As Well As Maintenance And Installation Services For Visually Impaired. According To A Preliminary Estimate, The Acquisition Includes: The Following Products:-Table Magnifying Device “Reading Tv” -Adcuts-Electronic Reading Devices-Magnifying Camera-Piste Machine-Light Grease Binoculars, Monocular Business Series-Prismatic Local Glasses, Fondalasit-Piste Displays In Order To Ensure Appropriate Implementation, The Request For Information Will Map The Suppliers On The Market And Their Product Range And The Technical Information Of The Products Available. The Request For Information Is Not Requested Or Offered. The Information Obtained Through A Request For Information Can Be Used To Prepare The Procurement. Respondents Will Not Be Compensated For Responding To The Request For Information Or Participating In A Possible Market Dialogue. Responding To The Request For Information Does Not Oblige The Journalist To Participate In A Possible Tender To Be Arranged Later. Responding To The Request For Information Is Not A Prerequisite For Participating In The Tender. Responding Or Non -Responding To A Request For Information Do Not Affect The Position Of The Tenderer In The Actual Tender. The Request For Information Does Not Oblige The Contracting Entity To Carry Out The Actual Procurement Or To Carry Out The Procurement As Described In The Request And The Contracting Entity Shall Not Take Into Account The Answers Received By The Request For Bidding. Organizes A Market Dialogue Via The Microsoft Teams Application Or At Hus As An On -Site Event With Respondents To The Request For Information (Journalist -Specific Market Dialogue). Participants In The Market Dialogue Are Not Entitled To Compensation For Participation. Failure To Participate In The Market Dialogue Does Not Prevent Participation In A Potential Tendering Process, And Participation In The Market Dialogue Will In No Way Affect The Position Of The Tenderer In The Actual Tendering Process. The Responses Given In The Market Dialogue Do Not Bind The Defendant In Any Subsequent Acquisition. The Information Collected Through The Market Dialogue Will Remain Completely Confidential And Will Be Used Only For The Planning Of The Acquisition. The Market Dialog Does Not Oblige The Hus Group To Carry Out The Actual Tendering Process And Procurement. If The Acquisition Is Carried Out, It May Also Be Abnormal In This Market Dialogue.
