The Volta Lake Transport Company Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the above-mentioned items. 3. Tendering will be conducted through the National/International Competitive Tendering (NCT/ICT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in accordance with the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 4.
