Tenders are invited for Basement Equipment at Yousef Ahmed Alghanim Library. The contractor is obligated to supply the materials within the period specified in his offer and approved by the requesting party. In the event of delay in supply, the contractor shall be subject to a fine of (100) Jordanian dinars for each day of delay. The supplier is committed to fully complying with the technical specifications mentioned in the attached file and installation within the library . The supplier is obligated to provide prices in shekels, including all costs and fees (supply, installation, transportation, warranty, etc.), excluding value-added tax , as the project is funded and officially exempt from this tax . The supplier is obligated to agree to the universitys right to divide the tender among more than one supplier , or to cancel it without any legal obligation or compensation . To enter the tender, a non-refundable fee of one hundred Jordanian dinars (100 JD) must be paid at the Finance Department during official working hours from nine in the morning until three in the afternoon , except for Sundays and Fridays . The supplier is obligated to provide a bank performance guarantee amounting to 10 % of the bid value, to be presented upon signing the contract to the bidder . The supplier is obligated to ensure that the submitted offer is valid for a period of not less than 60 days from the date of submission .
