In The Degree Of Documentation For Building Permits And For The Assignment And Execution Of The Construction, Including The Statement Of The Statement “Archaplan S.R.O. - Author Of The Project Documentation For The Construction Of The Multifunctional Arena In Hradec Králové And Hzs Khk (Concerning The Location Above The Escape Exit); • Ensuring Public Decisions (Decision On The Authorization Of The Project) If Required By The Building Act; Otherwise, The Supplier Will Provide And Submit To The Contracting Authority Preliminary Information Pursuant To Section 174 Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Building Act”) • Delivery, Assembly, Wiring And Commissioning Of Architectural / Facade Luminaires Includes In Particular, But Not Only The Following Activities: O Delivery And Installation Of Luminaires; On Commissioning Of Luminaires; On The Preset Of Scenes As Required By The Contracting Authority; O Training Of Luminaire Operation; O Training Of Luminaire Maintenance; To Ensure The Building Approval Decision, If Required By The Building Act. The Subject Of The Activities Of This Activity Is Described In Annex 4 Of This Tender Documentation - The Technical Specification Processed By The Contracting Authority • Complete Cabling Solutions In Lighting And Complete Heavy -Current Solutions Including Modifications In Existing Substations; The Subject Of The Activities Of This Activity Is Described In Annex 4 Of This Tender Documentation - The Technical Specification Processed By The Contracting Authority; • Maintenance And Warranty Service Lighting During The Warranty Includes In Particular, But Not Only: On The Provision Of A Service Recommended For The Relevant Product Delivered In The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Contract If The Manufacturer Or Supplier Is Prescribed; The Warranty Service Of The Work Will Include The Implementation Of The Necessary Service And Operational Measures Necessary For Proper Use Of The Subject Of The Public Contract.
