The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of New (Not Refurbished) Medical Devices And Equipment (Analyzers And Instrumentation For Hematology-Oncological Care) Including Assembly, Installation, Commissioning Of The Supplied Equipment And Operating Instructions, With The Aim Of The Equipment (Renewing And Acquisition) Of The Hematology And Oncology Department. In Parts Of 4 To 7 Of This Contract, The Subject Of Performance Is Included In The Provision Of Contractual Full Service Security For 8 Years (Of Which 2 Years Of Which Are Free Of Charge + 6 Years With A Flat -Rate Quarter Payment After The Warranty Period). The Public Contract Is Divided Into Parts Within The Meaning Of Section 101 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Participants Are Entitled To Submit An Offer For All Parts Of The Public Contract Or Any Combination Of Individual Parts, Including The Offer For Only One Part Of The Public Contract.
