The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity To The Objects Of The Contracting Authority, Which Are Explicitly Stated In The Technical Specification- Annex 1 Of A Licensed Electricity Supplier And A Standard Balancing Group Coordinator. The Award Of The Order Aims To Select A Licensed Trader - A Standard Balancing Group Coordinator To Deliver Net Electricity To The Contracting Authority Objects, With Full Administration Of The Information Stream With Eso And The Cost Of Unbalanceds, By Building A Remote Measurement System, As The Purpose Of The Consumption Of The Energy Consumption In The Selected Object Electrical Consumption Through Effective Energy Management. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Statutory Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. They Will Be Paid By The Contracting Authority. On The Basis Of The Above, The Contractor Will Be Concluded For Combination Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Peee /Electricity Trade Rules /. At The Conclusion Of The Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement With The Tenderer Selected As The Contractor, The Contracting Authority Will Specify The Number And Objects For Which The Remote Measurement And Monitoring System Will Be Established For The Consumption Of Electricity. In The Execution Of The Contract, The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And The Electricity Of Quality And In Order, In Accordance With The Energy Act And Other Normative Acts, Which Regulate The Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electricity /Incl. Peee, Pikee And The Regulations Issued On The Grounds Of The Ea/Allowing Energy Management, Optimization And Efficiency In Spending Public Funds Upon Delivery Of Goods By The Contractor Selected By The Contracting Authority Through A Public Procurement Contract.
