Such Driving Will Make Full Use Of The Possibility Of The Current Control Control Panel, Allowing The Emergency Intervention Of The Dispatchers Of The Transport Information And Control Center, And In Particular The Automatic Response To The Current Events. Stage 1 - Processing Of The Basic Technical Concept Of The Work With The Aim Of Applying For A Subsidy: • Proposal For The Architecture Of The Ssz Extension Procedure, Including Incorporation Into The Current City Of The Ssa, Including The Transport Information And Control Center; • Proposal For Distribution Of Areas In The City And Their Analysis-Based On The Provided Transport-Engineering Data, Documents Of The Ssz Traffic Solutions, Existing Strategic Documents Concerning Superstructure Proceedings (Including Existing Proposals For Distribution Of The City Into Areas) And Documentation Of Telematics Facilities; • Verification Of All Other Telematics And Devices Applicable To The Collection Of The Necessary Data Management By Means Of Ssz - Eg Strategic Transport Detectors, Vehicle Fleets / Fcd, Data From The Ministry Of Transport Of The Czech Republic And The Rmd (Ndic And Others), Meteorological Information, Parking Information, Etc. • Identification Of Specific Situations To Which The Superstructure Proceedings Should Respond And React Methods (Automatic / With The Dispatchers Intervention); • Design Of Basic Rules And Links, Including Recommendations Of Superstructure Algorithms Used Abroad And In The Czech Republic; • Designing A Suitable Part Of The Work For Pilot Testing Of The Proposed Algorithm For Subsequent Expansion To Other Areas; • Description Of Potential Implementation Of Basic Interfaces To Existing Technology; • Framework Stages And The Design Of The Blind Budget For Pricing The Work In The Offers Of Participants; • Recommendations For Qualifications Of Participants And Technical Requirements For Participants; • Supplementation Of Sla Design + Defined Qualitative Indicators (Kpi) For Independent Verification Of Algorithms Functionality And The Associated Qualities Of The Work; ; • Preparation Of The First Version Of The Technical Part Of The Tender Documentation Intended For Comments In The Subsequent Part Of Stage 2; • Continuous Active Consultations And Solutions Including On -Site Discussions Are Included. Stage 2 - Processing Technical Assignment Of Public Procurement For Control Logic: • Edit The Default Version Of The Technical Part Of The Tender Documentation From The Previous Stage, Update Of The Application For Subsidies And The Incorporation Of Comments With Regard To: - Comments Of The Client Representatives; - Comments Of The Clients Legal Department - Technical Support For The Processing Of Own Contract And Cooperation With The Legal Department Of The City Or Lawyer For The Processing Of Tender Documentation; - Comments Of The Ministry Of Transport - Technical Support For The Incorporation Of The Required Regulations Of The Application For Subsidy, Solving Questions Raised By The Opponent And Institutions Providing Subsidies; • Preparing And Completing Detailed Parts Of The Assignments, Especially Rules And Links, Including Recommendations Of Superstructure Algorithms, With Detail For Specific Areas, Respectively. Individual Ssz So That It Is Possible To Announce A Public Contract; • The Aim Of This Stage Is To Complete The Technical And Qualification Part Of The Tender Documentation, Which Contains A Project For The Implementation Of The Superstructure Proceedings; In The Current Cooperation With The Legal Department Of The Client, It Is Also Assumed That The Client Will Also Have The Remaining Legislative Part Of The Assignment (Contract And Other Necessary Parts Of The Tender Documentation); • Continuous Active Consultations And Solutions, Including On -Site Discussions, Are Included; Parts Of The Work Do Not Contain Legal Parts, Contracts And Other Documents For The Announcement Of Their Own Tendering Procedure. Stage 3 - Consultation Activities For Promoting Logic: • Settlement Of Technical And Professional Questions On The Issue From Participants, Respectively. Support For Legal Opinion During The Tendering Procedure And Related Support For The Client Outside The Legal Parts; • Assistance In Evaluation/Assessment Of Tenders; • Continuous Active Consultations And Solutions Including On -Site Discussions Are Included. The Contracting Authority Will Offer The Following Documents/Cooperation To The Supplier: • Requirements Of The Concerned Authorities And The Customer For Processing; • Strategic Material Concerning Transport Management In The City, Information On The Control Control Control Control And Other Materials Concerning Transport Management, Connection And Function Of Intersections, Control Areas, Telematics Systems In The City, Etc.; • Documentation On Transport Information And Control Center; • Traffic Data On Major Roads And Intersections For Analysis Of Strong Links; • Information On Other Telematics Systems Including A Map Base With Placement (Cameras, Weather Stations, Strategic Detectors, Ssz Intectors, Other Alternative Data From Public Transport, Etc.); • Documentation Of The Existing Traffic Solution For Individual Ssz; • Contact Responsible Person Of The Client From The City Of The City And Cooperation In The Processing Of Documentation, Including Other Persons Dealing With The Preparation Of The Public Contract. Stage 4 - Independent Technical Supervision (Consultation) During The Performance Of The Public Procurement: Expected Activities Contain The Following Items: • Technical Consultations With The Client In The Fulfillment Of The Order; • Verification Of Implementation Stages Including Pilot Deployment Of Algorithms By The Processor; • An Independent Assessment Of The Documentation Processed In The Evaluation Of The Solution Delivered By The Contractor During The Pilot Testing; • Checking The Defined Key Performance Indicators Including Possible Verification In The Pilot Test; • Continuous Active Consultations And Solutions, Including On -Site Discussions And Recommendations For Other Applications Within The City Are Included.
