    Techtower 2. The Subject Of The Realization Is The Construction Work Of The Existing Building Of The Former Boiler Room Of The Original Brewery In The Světovar, Which Later Served As A Boiler Room For Heating The City District. The Building Is An Immovable Cultural Monument. Newly, The Building Is To Serve As A Specialized Workplace Of The Pilsen Infrastructure Management As A Test Polygon For Robots And Drones. The Construction Will Be Used By Instructed Persons Who Will Be Trained By The Operating Rules. These Are Buildings With The Exclusion Of The Public. The Building Is Not A Type Of Civic Equipment. Construction Work Includes An Inner New Built -In In The Hall. These Are Heated Facilities With Premises For The Treatment Of Testing Equipment, Sanitary Facilities And Technical Background Of The Tzb. The Built -In Is Two -Storey With Access To The 2Nd Floor On The Steel Staircase. The Other Premises Of The Building Are Unheated. Other Building Modifications Include Static Securing Of The Building, Defining New Premises With Safety Features And Other Construction Activities (Replacement Of Roof Truss, Roof Cladding, Facades, Floors And Other Structures). New Extensions Or Superstructures Are Not Solved. Part Of The Performance Is The Demolition Of Modern Two -Storey Extensions And The Construction Of A New Water Connection.
