The City Of Schrobenhausen Is The Owner Of The Schrobenhausen Outdoor Pool, Thaddäus-Siber-Straße 3, 86529 Schrobenhausen. As Part Of This Award Procedure, The City Of Schrobenhausen Intends To Award The Operational Management For The Bath For The 2026 Season (May 15, 2026 To September 15, 2026) With A One -Time Extension Option For The 2027 Season (May 15, 2027 To September 15, 2027). In Addition, The City Can Optionally Commission And/Or Outdoor Services. The Division Into A Permanently Commissioned Season (Season 2026) An Extension Option (Season 2027) Results From The Fact That The Client Would Like To Increase His Own Staff In The Perspective And Run The Bathroom Without External Operating Performance. It Is Currently Not Predictable Whether And When This Is Possible. Own Staff Of The City Of Schrobenhausen Is Available. In This Context, An Employee Transfer Agreement Must Be Concluded Between The City Of Schrobenhausen And The Contractor. In Addition, The Contractor Must Integrate Third Parties (Members Of The Water Guard, Minor Employees) Into The Outdoor Pool Operation. The Operation Of The Swimming Pool Fund And Cleaning Services Are Provided By Urban Staff And Service Providers And Are Not The Subject Of The Award Procedure. The Kiosk Operation Is Also Not The Subject Of The Award Procedure.
