Ad Hoc By Telephone (Or Video) - Telephone Support In Conversations With Residents Who Are Not Reserved In Advance (Ad Hoc). In The Event That Ad Hoc An Interpretation Service Is Requested, The Applicant Must Have An Interpreter On The Line Within Five Minutes. By Appointment On Location - Face To Face Support In Client Interviews And/Or (Plenary) Meetings At A Location In The Municipality To Be Designated By The Municipality. These Requests Can Be Planned In Advance And Are Requested From The Contractor In Advance.
