Internet Or Intranet Client Application Development Services - Create Budapestiana Portal. The Budapest Capital Archives Intends To Create The Budapestiana Portal Application. The Source Base Of The Budapestiana On The Hungaricana Public Collection Portal Is The Bfl Files. The Main Objectives Of The Project Are: - Create 1 Own Cloud -Based Database System And Portal, - The Portal And Database Are The Migration Of The Files Published And Designated By The Budapest Metropolitan Archives (Approx. 2.618.744, About 3.955.487 Digital Recording), You Need To Migrate To A Built -In Relation Database (S) - Create A Modern, Fast Search Engine For The Portals Data File, - Create A Data Maintenance Interface For The Portals Bfl Data File, Which Allows Bfl Staff To Fill In Data And Image Files. The Detail And Estimated Amount Of Hungaricana Files To Be Migrated To The Budapestiana Portal Is Contained In Annex 1. The Expected Functionality Of The Portal Is Contained In Annex 2. The System To Be Developed Should At Least Provide The Current Level And Solutions Of The Current Hungaricana Database And Should Be Based On The Open Source Product. The Contracting Authority Expects A Cloud Service And Software System To Be Set Up That Can Be Scaled, Safely Operated And Safe For The Tenderers Needs. The Contracting Authority Expects The Tenderer To Hand Over The Source Code Of The Software System Created At The End Of The Project. The Contracting Authority Stipulates That, As A Result Of The Contract, The Contract Will Obtain An Unlimited Right To Use And Further Develop It As A Result Of The Contract, Which May Be Allowed To Others After Prior Notice The Winner Tenderer. The Successful Tenderer Will Guarantee A Minimum Of 12 Months For The System Created. The Contracting Authority Expects That The Operation, Data Maintenance, Operational Security Or Any Other Problem Affecting The Operation Of The System As A Whole Or Any Component May Arise Within The Warranty Period. The Contracting Authority Expects The Tenderer To Operate The System For 12 Months After The Handover, During Which He Must Carry Out The Necessary Updates. For 12 Months Operation And Warranty Repairs, The Tenderer Shall Not Charge The Additional Cost Beyond His Tender. The Contracting Authority Expects The Tenderer To Make An Additional 24 Months In Addition To The 12-Month Operation (As An Option Item, See Field Bt-54). The Details Of The Task Are Included In The List Of Requirements And The List Of Data (Documents) To Be Met.
