Requirements To Fulfill Authors Supervision: During The Implementation Of The Construction Works, The Designers In The Respective Parts Should Carry Out Copyright Supervision Of The Site, According To Art. 162, Para. 2 Of The Spa. Requirements To Perform Construction Works: Construction Works Should Be Completed In Full Compliance With The Approved Investment Project And A Building Permit For The Site Has Entered Into Force.
