A Prior Visit, Organized By The Province Of Walloon Brabant, Will Take Place By Making An Appointment By The Contractor At Least 5 Working Days Before The Date Of Submission Of The Offers. The Visit Is Compulsory. The Preliminary Visit Will Allow In Particular The Knowledge Of The General Arrangements Of The Premises. A Certificate Of Presence Issued On Behalf Of The Company Or Participating Group Will Be Given During The Visit In Order To Annex It To The Tender Form. In The Event Of A Group Of Economic Operators, All Companies Must Have Participated In The Meeting And The Visit, Either In Their Own Name, Or In The Name Of The Group Of Operators If It Has A Legal Existence.
