The modernization aims to automate processes, develop a user-friendly platform, enhance interoperability, ensure data security, and achieve a significant increase in digitalization and reduction in processing times, thereby promoting investments and ensuring compliance with Chiles regulatory framework. Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms must be from a member country or territory of the Inter-American Development Bank, including a comprehensive list of countries and eligible territories as defined under the Institutional Procurement Policy (GN-2303-33). Applications must be made through the BEO Procurement Portal, ensuring all data are complete. The process encourages consortia or joint ventures, with one entity responsible for communications and submissions.
