Misc. Equipment Services - Waste Management Facility . The City Of Medicine Hat Is Seeking Equipment Pricing And Related Services To Support Various Landfill Maintenance Activities At The Medicine Hat Landfill. Equipment Will Be Required On An As-Needed Basis To Assist With Regular Operations And Emergency Response. The Work May Include, But Is Not Limited To: • Excavation Cleanout Of Sump Pits And Storm Ponds • Hauling Of Soil, Compost, And Other Materials • Relocation Of Chipped And Unchipped Wood Piles • Grading Of Compost Pads And General Site Grading • Water Hauling For Dust Suppression Or Fire Response • Stormwater Management And Drainage Support • Road Construction And On-Site Road Maintenance • Excavation Of Test Holes For Waste Identification • Emergency Material Movement (E.G., In Case Of Fire) Term Of Contract Is 1 Year With Option To Extend Annually For 4 Additional Years
