The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Building No. 1 In The Military Complex At Ul. Jagiellończyk 2 In Grudziądz, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Contract And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Its Scope Contained In The Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb) And Project Documentation (Technical Projects), Including In The Pre-Office Of Works. Flooring Works- Arrangement Of Ceramic Tiles And Carpets With Prior Cement Floors,- Plastering Works- Internal Plasters And Plaster Coats On Walls And Ceilings,- Painting Works Of Walls And Ceilings Surfaces,- Installation Of Suspended Ceilings,- Replacement Of Sanitary Installations,- Replacement Of Electrical Installations,- Replacement Of Electrical Installations And Replacement Of Sanitary Installations And Replacement Of Sanitary Installations And Replacement Ict,- Waste Export And Management, The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes: Development Of Design Documentation Of Fire Devices Along With Their Purchase And Assembly. The Purpose Of The Study Is To Allow The Building To Be Used In Terms Of Fire Protection, After The Current Renovation. The Design Of Fire Devices Should Include:- Situational Plan- Plan In Dwg Format. The Contracting Authority Will Provide,- Technical Design Including: • Drawing Part- Throws And As Long As The Cross-Sections Of All Floors With The Fire Devices Applied Together With A Description Of Their Type And Technical Parameters And A Description Of The Rooms; Installed Fire Devices. The Above Study Should Be Carried Out And Signed By Persons With Building Qualifications To A Minimum Of A Limited Extent In The Specialties:- Construction And Construction,- Electricity. The Design Design Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party And The Expert On Fire Protection. In Consultation With The Supervision Inspector Indicated By The Content Of The Contract. The Contractor In The Work Schedule Will Specify In Particular The Dates And Scope Of Works Subject To Partial Acceptance. Before Building Building Materials, The Contractor Should Receive The Acceptance Of The Investor Supervision Inspector Confirmed By The Material Card. The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Implementation Of Accompanying Works Consisting In The Lighting Of The Works Area, Securing And Fence Of The Works Area Of The Works Of Warning, Handrails, Bridges, Roofs And Protection On The Premises, The Implementation And Maintenance Of Construction Facilities, Designation And Protection Of Installations And Equipment On The Field Works. The Above Contractor Implements With His Own Efforts And In The Price Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop On His Own And At His Expense The Bioz Plan (Safety And Health Protection Plan In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On Information On Safety And Health Protection As Well As A Security And Health Protection Plan (Journal Of Laws 2003.47.4
