    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Listening Receivers With Base Antennas And Assembly As Described By The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 5 To Swz / No. 2 To The Contract, In The Assortment And Quantities In Accordance With The Assortment And Price Form - Annex 6 To Swz / No. 1 To The Contract And The Designed Contract Provisions - Annex No. 2 To Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Manner Of Execution Of The Contract Include The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract (Together With Attachments). According To Art. 441 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019. Public Procurement Law, The Employer Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Attachment To Swz. The Contracting Authority In The Assortment And Price Form Specified The Basic Level Of The Order, Which Can Expand By Increasing The Amount Of The Range To The Maximum Amount Specified In The Table In The Option Column. The Employer Reserves That Deliveries And Supplies With The Service Covered By The Right Of Options Must Be Carried Out On The Conditions Set Out In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
