Gdańska 6 In Starogard Gdański For The Purposes Of Organizing Jobs For Employees Performing Tasks In The Field Of Population Protection And Crisis Management (Municipal Crisis Management Center). 2. Adaptation Includes: 1) Insulation, Wall And Roof Insulation; 2) Roof Replacement, Renovation Of The Facade; 3) Replacement Of Woodwork, Electrically Controlled Roller Blinds-Anti-Burglary Roller Blinds; 4) Execution Of Water-Sewage Installations, Electrical, Central Heating, Air Conditioning And Air, Teletechnical, Internet, Emergency, Alarm, Ventilation; 5) Execution Of Internal Finishing Works. 3. The Attached Technical Documentation (Architectural And Construction Design) Covers A Wider Range Of The Task. The Building Marked On The Pzt Map Should Be Taken For The Implementation. 4. The Order Should Be Processed On The Basis Of Attached Technical Documentation And Bill Of Quantities. News: The Subject Of The Contract Is Also Covered By Elements That Have Not Been Indicated In The Technical Documentation, But The Pre -Works Of The Works Are Included. 5. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Construction, Demolition, Installation, Finishing And Other Works Necessary For The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Bears Full And Total Liability For Correctly Fulfilling The Subject Of The Contract From The Moment The Contract Is Signed To The Expiry Of The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Law, Other Contractual Documents, Principles Of Building Art, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining High Quality Of Materials And Solutions Used, And In A Way That Ensures Future Trouble -Free And Economic Use Of The Resulting Infrastructure For Its Planned Purpose. As Part Of The Flat -Rate Price Declared By The Contractor, As Well As Removing All Defects And Faults That Will Occur During The Warranty Period And The Warranty Granted By The Contractor.
