1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Solar Installation With A Rated Capacity Of 36.48 Kwp Located On The Ground Near The Building Of The Solankowa Tym In Uniejów. The Task Of The Planned Installation Will Be The Production Of Solar Electricity, Focused On The Use Of Electricity For Your Own Needs Of The Property On Which It Will Be Installed. The Surplus Of Produced Energy Will Be Transferred To The Distribution Network Of The Power System Operator. 2. A Solar Installation With A Total Installed Power Of 36.48 Kwp In Photovoltaic Panels Should Be Placed On The Ground On A Dedicated Above -Ground Support Structure. Place The Panels On Two Constructions/Tables. The Installation Will Consist Of 76 Pieces Of 480Wp Panels Each And An Inverter With An Output Power Of 33.3 Kw. Electricity Produced By The Installed Panels Will Be Transformed Via Network Inverters To The Parameters Of The Power Network And Then Sent To The Internal Electrical Installation Of The Building. The Energy That Will Not Be Consumed In The Building Through The Power Connection Will Be Transferred To The Professional Energy Network-An On-Grid Installation Should Be Installed On The Support Structure Under The Panels. The Designed Installation Should Be Connected To The Existing Switchgear Located In The Graduation Tower Building. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 7 To This Swz. In The Event Of A Need To Participate In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Person Acting As A Work Manager, Having The Right To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction In The Scope Of Managing Construction Works, In A Construction And Construction Specialty Or Having Other Equivalent Rights Issued On The Basis Of The Provisions In Force On The Day Of Issuing Rights Entitling To Manage Construction Works To The Extent Necessary To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Her Participation In The Performance Of The Order.
