Description Of The Subject Of The Contract1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Loose Salt Salt To The Ordering Authority In Wałbrzych In The Amount Of 1000 Mg In The Winter Season 2025/2026. Road Salt Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordinance Of The 31St National Director Of National Roads And Motorways Of September 5, 2017 And Have A Positive Ibdim Technical Opinion And The Pzh Hygienic Certificate. The Contracting Authority Guarantees The Purchase Of 1000 Mg As Part Of The Contract, And The Contractor Must Guarantee Readiness To Provide Such Quantity Within The Contractual Period. 2. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of The Option Specified In Art. 441 Pzp. The Exercise Of The Right Of The Option Will Consist In Increasing The Subject Of The Basic Contract By 500 Mg And Extending The Contract For A Period Of 14 Days On The Same Conditions As In The Contract For The Basic Order. The Terms Of The Options Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. The Option Of The Option Is The Unilateral Right Of The Contracting Authority, From Which He May, But There Is No Obligation To Use As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. If The Contracting Authority Fails To Take Advantage Of The Optionors Right, No Claims Shall Be Entitled To. The Maximum Scope Of The Option Of The Option Is 100% Of The Value Of The Basic Order.
