1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works On The Task Entitled Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Primary School Building In Kostarowce. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Bill Of Quantities. 3. Due To The Fact That The Salary Will Be A Cost Estimate, The Bill Of Quantities Attached To Swz Is Binding. The Contractor Is Obliged To Draw Up An Offer Cost Estimate Based On The Bill Of Quantities Received From The Contracting Authority, Using The Price Base He Adopted To Cost And After Adding Vat. The Offer Cost Estimate Must Be In Line With The Works Of The Works And Should Contain The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works, A Description Of Works In Accordance With The Description Included In The Preface Of The Works, The Measurement Used In The Preface Of The Works And The Flat -Rate Net Unit Price For Each Item. The Offer Cost Estimate Should Be Drawn Up In Accordance With Point 13.8 Swz. Equivalent Solutions. In Each Case Of Use In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such As Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. In The Case Of The Use Of Works, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Pre -Works, Design Documentation For Norms, European Technical Reviews, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions. The Contractor, When Analyzing The Project Documentation, The Bill Of Quantities Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Project Documentation Is Accompanied By A Or Equivalent Word. In The Case, When In The Design Documentation, The Pre -City Of Works Has Been Used Trademarks, It Means That They Are Given, For Example And Specify The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Apply Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Technical And Quality Parameters Not Worse Or Better, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Project Documentation. The Contractor Who Applies The Equipment Or Equivalent Will Be Obliged To Show During The Performance Of The Order That The Devices And Materials He Uses Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. The Use Of The Project Documentation, The Pre -Office Of Label Works Means That The Contracting Authority Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Data Of Construction Works, Delivery Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Contracting Authority. If, For Reasons Beyond His Control, He Cannot Obtain A Label Or Equivalent Label Specified By The Employer, The Contracting Authority, Within The Time Limit, Accepts
