1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Transport Service Consisting In The Transport Of Children To Educational Institutions Located In The Rutki Commune, In The Period From 09/09/2025 To 26.06.2026, Excluding The Period Of Public Free From Class, In Open Communication (Regular Transport) - Based On Monthly Monthly Tickets. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Appeal Of Students After School Classes. 2) The Order Includes: A) Bringing Students From Stops At The Place Of Residence To Educational Institutions, B) Living Students After Classes At Stops At The Place Of Residence On The Basis Of Name, Reduced Monthly Tickets, As Planned (Schedule) Of Transport. 3) Transport Takes Place As Part Of Regular Transport Within The Meaning Of Art. 4 Points 7 Of The Act Of 6 September 2001 On Road Transport (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 728, As Amended), Based On A Schedule That Will Be Prepared By School And Kindergartens Coordinators, Transferred To The Contractors Earlier Before The Service Provided The Service By The Contractor. Therefore, The Employer Will Also Buy Monthly Tickets For Carers: A) The Guardian Of Children During Transport Will Be An Adult, Verified By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Act Of 13 May 2016 On Preventing Threats To Sexual Crime And The Protection Of Minors (I.E., Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1802, As Amended) To Maintain Safety During Transport; B) The Guardian Will Provide Active Assistance To Children While Getting In, Occupying Places And When Getting Out Of The Vehicle; C) The Guardian Will Be Obliged, In The Event Of A Childs Faint, Childs Malaise, Etc., Call The Relevant Medical Services And Take Care Until The Assistance Is Provided By The Calls, As Well As Notify The Institution And Parents/Legal Guardians About The Event. 243 People (239 Students +4 Guardians) Will Be Entitled To Use The Services. The Number Of Students Was Given On The Basis Of Complex Information By Individual Educational Institutions. The Quantities Given May Change Depending On The Parents Decisions, Regarding The Change Of Residence, Amendment Of The School In Which The Child Will Meet The School Obligation, As Well As For Other Reasons. 9) The Name List Of Students And Guardians For Whom Tickets Are To Be Purchased For A Given Settlement Period (Divided Into Individual Educational Institutions) Will Be Transferred By The Contractor By The Contracting Authority Before The Start Of Each Month. 10) Monthly During The Contract May Change.
