    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Equipment Necessary To Remove Winds, I.E.: A) The Delivery Of A Brand New Approved Chopper To A Branch, Allowed To Move On Public Roads, B) The Delivery Of A Factory New Milling Machine/Innkeeper To The Trunks 2. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 1 To Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fill Out - The Technical Specification Of The Offered Equipment, Which Is An Attachment To The Offer Form - Annex No. 2. Selecting The No Or/Or Incomplete Completed Column Contractor Declaration May Cause The Contractors Call To Explain Or Reject The Contractors Offer. 4. The Contractor Provides The Ordered Goods With Its Transport (Including The Price) To The Seat Indicated At Swz Within The Time Limit And Within The Time Limit Specified In Chapter 6 Swz.5. The Supplier At The Delivery Price Will Start The Machine At The Employers Headquarters (Assembly And Launch Of The Equipment On The Vehicle Indicated By The Employer And It Will Train Operators Indicated By The Employer In The Field Of Equipment At The Employers Headquarters). 6. Receipt Of The Delivery Of The Equipment Will Be By The Employee Indicated By The Ordering Party. 7. Place Of Delivery: Plac Poviat Road Plac In Lidzbark Warmiński, Ul. Leśna 17. 8. Additional Requirements: A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Together With The Equipment Of The Factory Instruction Manual In Polish Along With All Documents Necessary For The Correct Operation Of The Machine By The Employer And The Catalog Of Spare Parts, Documentation Confirming The Admission And Use, Compliance Certificates, Approvals, Certificates, Etc. B) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality And Compliance Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Terms Technical And Qualitative Described For The Subject Of The Contract.
