The Subject Of The Contract Is Full -Scope, Full Of Industry And Complete Design Documentation For The Task Covering The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In The Scope Of Making Street Lighting In Miroszowice On Plot No. 95/5 And 69/11. The Scope Of Documentation Includes The Study: A) A Construction Project Made In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of 11 September 2020, On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679); Containing All Opinions, Agreements And Consent Necessary To Obtain A Notification Of Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit Or A Building Permit Decision, Including: 1) A Plot Or Land Development Project, 2) Architectural And Construction Design, 3) A Technical Design Including Detailed Technical And Construction Solutions; B) Industry Technical Projects, Including Possible Projects For The Reconstruction Of Colliding Devices With The Implementation Of The Task Together With Obtaining The Conditions For Removing Collisions And Agreeing On The Adopted Solutions With The Owners Of The Device; C) Executive Projects Drawn Up In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454); D) Projects Of Temporary And Target Road Traffic Organization Together With Agreements, E) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works That Will Specify The Technical Parameters And Functional Requirements Of The Products Used In The Project Documentation; F) Bill Of Quantities For All Industries Based On Ssts With The Term Cpv Codes, G) An Investor Cost Estimate Based On The Current Price Base (E.G. Sekocenebud), Sst With The Term Cpv Codes For All Industries. The Order Of The Contract Includes A Project To Expand Street Lighting Using An Existing Connection Or Existing Street Lighting Network, Cablation Line, Lighting With Luminaires And Grounding Installation In Miroszowice On The Section Of The Municipal Road Plot No. 95/5 And 69/11 (According To The Map Attachment). Above The Plot Applies To The Location Of Lighting Poles, They Do Not Include Plots Resulting From The Technical Conditions Of Connection. The Task Of The Task Is Presented On The Graphic Attachment - Annex No. 7 To Swz. The Design Designation Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Applicable Standards And Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
