The Subject Of The Contract Is Authors Supervision And Service For Infomedica Software: As Part Of The Authors Supervision, The Contractor Provides: 1) Providing The Application Of The Application Software, In The Event Of The Employers Error Of Application Software; 2) Introducing Changes To The Application Software, In Terms Of Existing Functions And Functionality Of The Application Software In Terms Of Changes In Generally Applicable Law Or Provisions Issued On The Basis Of A Statutory Delegation; 3) The Possibility Of Notifying The Comments And Proposals For Modifying The Application Software Covered By The Contract (Proposals Of Its Improvements, Modification And Development) And Changes Including The Addition Of New Functionality Of The Application Software, In The Scope Required By Changes In Generally Applicable Law Or Legal Provisions Of The Contracting Authority, Issued On The Basis Of Statutory Delegation; 4) Ready To Accept And Consider Individual Proposals. Changes (I.E. Paid Modifications) Of Application Software; As Part Of Service Services, The Contractor Provides: 1) Using The Consultation With An Authorized Service Representative Of The Contractor, With Certified Employees In The Field Of Application Software; 2) Readiness To Provide Service Services With A Guaranteed Time To Join The Works Adopted For The Implementation Of The Work Within 4 Business Days From The Moment Of Receipt Of The Order; 3) Providing Technical Assistance And Performing Installation, Configuration, Diagnostic Or Instructional Work Commissioned By The Employer, To The Extent Related To The Operation And Administration Of Application Software, Using A Remote Connection, At The Contractor, The Contractor Authorized Service Representative Of The Contractor.
