3 Classification Codes Of The Common Order Dictionary: 09132100-4 Unleaded Gasoline, 09134100-8 Diesel 63712600-9 Vehicle Refueling Services3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer Will Implement The Purchase Of Fuels At The Contractors Gas Station During The Contract, In An Estimated Amount Of 35,820 Liters, Including: 1) Unleaded Gasoline In An Amount Of 3,330 Liters, 2) Diesel Oil In The Amount Of 32,490 Liters. 4. The Amounts Of Fuel Are Estimated Resulting From The Forecasted Demand During The Contract And Will Depend On The Real Needs Of The Ordering Party. 5. The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Not Have Been Implemented By The Whole Subject Of The Contract. The Minimum Guaranteed Scope Of The Contract Is Determined By 50% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor Provides The Possibility Of 24 -Hour Purchase Of Fuel At Fuel Stations Located Within The Administrative Area Of The Nałęczów Commune. 7. The Sale Of Fuel Will Take Place At The Current Unit Price On The Day Of Purchase At A Given Fuel Station Of The Contractor Reduced By Discount Granted 8. In Addition To The Refueling That Will Take Place Directly To The Reservoirs Of The Ordering Party Vehicles, It Provides For The Purchase Of Fuel Intended For Machines And Combustion Equipment, Which Will Be Taken To Canisters. 9. The Purchase Of Fuels Will Be Made In A Non -Cash System Using Electronic Cards Assigned To Each Vehicle Or Device. The Employer Will Transfer A List Of Vehicles Entitled To Refuel Before The Conclusion Of The Contract, Where The Employer Reserves That The Number Of Vehicles Used By The Ordering Party During The Contract May Change. 10. The Cards Will Be Issued To The Ordering Party For Free, No Later Than On The First Day Of The Contract, And In The Event Of Their Loss, The Contractor Will Issue Additional Or Replacement Cards. 11. In The Event Of Reporting The Loss Of The Card, The Employer Is Obliged To Report The Contractor With Any Case Of Theft, Disappearance Or Destruction Of The Fuel Card. Such A Notification Will Be Made In Writing, Fax, E-Mail Or Via A Dedicated Helpline, And Will Contain: The Number Of Lost Or Damaged Card, Card Type, Vehicle Registration Number, Name Of The Contracting Authority. 12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Block The Lost Or Damaged Fuel Card In The Sales Point Network Within Max. 24 Hours From The Moment Of Notification By The Contracting Authority. 13. The Contractor Will Issue A Duplicate Free Of Charge Or Replace A Damaged Fuel Card With A New One, But No Later Than Within 7 Business Days From The Date Of Notification. 14. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Issue Free Fuel Cards For Newly Purchased Official Vehicles To The Ordering Party For Free Of Charge Within 15 Days From The Date Of Submitting The Relevant Application. 15. The Costs Related To The Service Of Fuel Cards Throughout The Entire Order Processing Are Borne By The Contractor. 16. Other Rules For Allocation
