Framework Agreement With 3 Economic Operators Having As Object: Design Services For Elaboration And Preparation Of Technical-Economic Documentation, Technical Expertise, Various Documentary And Specialized Studies, Evaluation And Management Of Climatic Changes, Energy Audit, Implementation And Evaluation Dnsh, Technical Assistance, Time To Implement The Building/ Objective Carried Out By The General Directorate For The Administration Of The Real Estate Heritage Sector 2. The Frequency Of The Contracts To Be Awarded: 20 Subsequent Contracts / 48 Months The Contracting Authority Estimates That It Will Conclude 4-6 Subsequent Contracts / Year, For Each Of The Categories Of Services Considered By The Contracting Authority Listed In The Specification. The Estimated Quantities (Minimum And Maximum) Regarding The Activities Of The Framework Agreement Are Found In The Annex To The Specification, Attached To The Award Documentation. Estimated Area: - Estimated Quantity Minimum Framework Agreement: 16,900 Sqm - Estimated Quantity For The Largest Cs: 160,000 Sqm - Maximum Estimated Quantity Framework Agreement: 1,404,300 Sqm - Estimated Quantity For The Smallest Cs: 16,900 Sqm. The Award Of The Subsequent Contracts To The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Done Without Resuming The Competition. In Order To Conclude A Subsequent Contract, Invitation Is Sent In The Order Of The Ranking Resulting From The Application Of The Procedure, So Invitation Is Sent To The Bidder Ranked In The First Place. In Case The Bidder Ranked First Communicates The Acceptance Of The Conclusion Of The Subsequent Contract, The Contract Is Concluded With It. If The Tenderer Ranked First, Does Not Respond To The Invitation Within The Term Of Response Mentioned In The Invitation / Sends The Impossibility Of Concluding And Executing The Subsequent Contract In Question, The Contracting Authority Sends The Invitation To The Bidder Ranked 2Nd. If The Bidder Ranked On The Second Place Does Not Respond To The Invitation Within The Subsequent Term And The Subsequent Contract / Descends To The Tenderer Ranked On The 3Rd Place. In Case None Of The 3 Bidders Of The Framework Agreement Are Responsible For The Invitation Within The Term Of Response Mentioned In The Invitation/Send The Impossibility Of Concluding And Executing The Subsequent Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Carry Out Another Procedure For Contracting The Services. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 160 Para. (1) Of Law No. 98/2016 With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, The Deadline By Which Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Additional Clarifications Or Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders.
