Detailed Terms Of The Order Processing Are Set Out In Annex 6 To Swz. 4. Subject Evidence: 4.1. In Order To Demonstrate That The Offered Product Is In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Annex 5 To Swz - The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Requests That The Contractor And The Offer To Submit The Following Evidence: The Technical Specification Of The Offered Product. Note: The Technical Specification Should Confirm The Compliance With All The Requirements Specified In Point 1 Of Annex 5 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Technical Specification Includes Specific Numerical Values As To Each Of The Parameters From The One Indicated In Point 1 Of Annex 5 To Swz (Except For The Form And Color). The Employer Allows Parameters In Units Other Than Those Indicated In Opz, Provided That They Are Possible To Convert Them Into Units Specified There. The Employer Will Accept Equivalent Evidence If They Confirm That The Offered Deliveries Meet The Requirements Specified By The Employer. 4.2. The Employer Reserves That If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Evidence In Question, Referred To Above, Or When The Submitted Evidence In Question Proves Incomplete, The Contractor Will Be Summoned Pursuant To Art. 107 Para. 2 Of The Act To Submit Or Supplement Them Within The Prescribed Period.
