    Work Detail

    Towing And Pushing Services Of Ships - Installation Of Moorings, Provision And Movements Of Barges, As Part Of The Pyrotechnic Art Festival Organized In July And August In Cannes Bay. This Consultation Concerns The Following Services: Installation Of Moorings, Provision And Movements Of Barges, As Part Of The Dart Pyrotechnic Festival Organized In July And August In The Bay Of Cannes. The Semec, Manager Of The Palais Des Festivals And Congress Of Cannes, Organizes The Dart Pyrotechnic Festival Each Year. Pyrotechnic Shows Have Been Produced From Barges Anchored In Cannes Wraid. These Barges Allow The Implementation Of The Dartifice Fires And The Sounding Sound. Each Summer, 6 Dartifice Fires Are Scheduled (At Least) Between July 1 And August 31. The Forecast Dates Of Pyrotechnic Shows Are, For Each Year: - July 04; - July 14; - July 22; - August 4; - August 15; - August 24. These Dates Will Be Confirmed At The Latest Ninety (90) Days Before Carrying Out Operations. These Operations Take Place In Cannes Bay And Old Port. The Description Of The Services And Their Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Specific Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.). Note That, Given The Activities Of The Palais Des Festivals And Congresses, The Services Will Require Interventions On Weekends And Holidays. The Consultation Will Give Rise To The Conclusion Of A Composite Mono-Attribute Framework Agreement: It Corresponds In Part To An Ordinary Market At A Global And Flat-Rate Price (Part A) And Partly To A Framework Agreement At Unit Prices, Giving Rise To The Emission Of Purchase Orders (Part B)
