Expression of Interest for Touristic Oriented Services (TOS) Touristic Oriented Structures (TOS) at Sinda Island Kigamboni District; Kijitonyama, Msasani and Regent Estate Kinondoni District Both in Dar Es Salaam, and Arusha in Arusha City Council 1.0 The Tanzania Tourist Board (US) is established as a Government Parastatal under the Tanzania Tourist Board Act Cap. 364. The Board is responsible for development and promotion of tourism attractions in the country. Also foster an understanding within Tanzania of the importance and economic benefits of the tourism Industry. In the effect of Implementing Its mandate, TM has a ten (10) years Strategic Plan of 2022123 2032/33 which has nine (9) Objectives including °Financial Sustainability and Independence Attained*. The Board owns plots of lands in a prime area located at Sinda Island in Kigamboni District, in Kijitonyama, Regent Estate and Msasani in Kinondoni District, Dar es Salaam and another one in Unga Limited, Arusha City. All plots are located in strategic business areas. All plots lit for accommodating Touristic Oriented Structures (TOS) and Office Apartments. The plots are in Six lots: a) Lot One: 271,400 square meters (Sinda island in Kigamboni Oar es salaam; b) Lot Two: 1,071 square meters (Unga Limited Arusha City council); and c) Lot Three: 950square meters (Kijitonyama in Kinondoni District Dar es Salaam); d) Lot Four 2364square meters (Msasani Peninsular in Kinondoni District Dar es salaam); and e) Lot Five: 2,235 square meters (Msasani Peninsular in Kinondoni District Dar es Salaam). f) Lot Six: 2160 square meter (Regent Estate Kinondoni, Dar es salaam).
