The Towers Are Made Up Of 21 Floors Distributed From R-2 To R+18. The R-1 And R-2 Levels Are Semi-Buried. The Heat Production For Heating And The Domestic Hot Water Is Provided By The Urban Heating Via Comfort. Each Round Is Equipped With A Sub-Station. The Design And Realization Project Aims To:- Energy Lamélioration Of The Three Towers,- The Upgrading And The Housing Of Housing,- Residentialization,- The Upgrading And The Lembellishment Of The Common Areas,- The Resumption Of A Part Of The External Networks,- Laménagement Of The Social Center,- The Demolition Of The Storage Building,- Dismantle Collective Boiler Room,- Repairing Access In Roofing,- Lintegration Of Mechanical Protections For Emergency Stairs.
