The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: - Activity I - Preparation Of A Technical Investment Project, Incl.: Ah. Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase For Major Repairs On Tundzha Street In Kalofer, In Scope And Content In Accordance With Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects; B Elimination Of The Defects Of The Project Established In The Course Of The Inspections By The Competent Control Bodies And The Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Project With The Essential Requirements For The Construction Works; C. Taking Responsibility For The Quality Of The Project During The Implementation Of The Construction. - Activity Ii- Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works (Construction Works) On The Realization Of The Site, Including: Ah. Implementation Of The Construction Works According To The Investment Projects Prepared And Approved In The Respective Order, The Issued Building Permit, Quantitative Accounts For The Project Types And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Contract And The Price Proposal; B Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of Construction Products And Their Specifications; C. Preparation Of Construction Papers And Preparation Of Executive Documentation; D. Removal Of Defects Established During The Transfer Of Construction And Acceptance By The Contracting Authority (If Applicable); E. Warranty Maintenance Of The Construction, Including The Elimination Of Defects During The Minimum Warranty Periods For The Completed Construction Works And Facilities Of The Site. - Activity Iii - Exercise Of Copyright Supervision During The Implementation Of The Construction Works Through The Respective Designers - Natural Persons Entitled To Carry Out Copyright Supervision Under The Respective Parts Of The Project, According To Art. 162, Para. 2 Of The Spatial Planning Act (Zut) And Its By -Laws, Including: Ah. Removal At Its Own Expense Of The Shortcomings Of The Project Established During The Construction; B Take Action And Prepare Additional Project Decisions In Case Of Need (Including The Preparation Of New Project Decisions Under Article 154 Of The Spa) And Within The Specified Financial Resource Of This Order.
