The Subject Of The Contract Is Reconstruction Of Provincial Road No. 637 On The Section From Km 62+933 To Km 63+169 In The Field Of The Construction Of A Pavement In Pniewnik - Procedure No. 196/251) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is In The Tender Documentation (Part Iii Of Swz) And A Pre -Office Of Works - Provided Only On The View (Part Iv Swz). The Contractor Should Calculate The Value Of Works On The Basis Of The Attached Project Documentation. • The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure At His Own Expense Safe Terms Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic In The Area Of The Works Covered By The Contract On The Basis Of The Traffic Organization Project, At The Time Of Construction Drawn Up By And At The Contractors Expense Along With Its Approval And Is Obliged To Develop An Update Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Project With Its Approval. The Contracting Authority Allows The Implementation Of Works On The Dynamic Traffic Organization. Equivalent. 3) In The Event Of Referring In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Described. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For Damages Caused During The Contract For The Contract And Third Parties For The Entire Period Of The Contract And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 200,000.00 (In Words: Two Hundred Thousand Zlotys And Zero Pennies). 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer A Copy Of The Abovementioned Policies Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Provided The Insurance Continuity, The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Presenting Several Policies In The Course Of The Contract Confirming The Possession Of Oc.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Next Policy Within 7 Days Of The Expiry Date Of The Previous Policy. If The Contractor Does Not Comply With The Above, The Contracting Authority Will Charge The Contractor Contractual Penalties In The Amount Specified In The Contract. 3) In The Absence Of A Policy Submitted Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Have The Right To Withdraw From The Contract.
