1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Reconstruction, Expansion And Change In The Use Of Part Of The Rooms Of The Primary School Building For The Purposes Of The Nursery. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes: • Demolition Works: Disassembly Of The Door, Dismantling Parts Of The Walls, Floors, Floor Panels, Existing Wall Insulation, And Then Performing Appropriate Insulation And Insulation Of Floors, Placing The Wall To Separate The Bathroom, • Making Plasters With Subsequent Painting Of Rooms, • Making Suspended Ceilings And Making Appropriate Floors With Appropriate Sliding Interior Door Door Leafs, • Replacement Of Plumbing And Electrical Installations, And Central Heating With Replacement Of Central Heating Heaters. Lighting Luminaires, Sockets, Switches • Equipment Of The Bathroom Room With New Accessories, • Furnishings Of The Nursery Room With Air Conditioning, • Making Appropriate Electrical Measurements. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design Documentation. 3. The Contractor Requires The Contractor To Grant A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Contract - 36 Months. The Warranty Period Will Be Calculated From The Date Of The Contracting Authority Receipt Of Construction Works And Signing Without Comments The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Own Names Given In The Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Designed To Specify The Qualitative And Technology Expectations Of The Employer. The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Provided That The Same Technological And Performance Level Is Met. 5. The Contracting Authority Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Determines The Employment Obligation On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract Specified In Point Vi Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract If The Performance Of These Activities Is In The Case Of A Given Contractor Consisted Of Performing Work Within The Meaning Of Article 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Statement On The Day Of Concluding The Contract Confirming The Employment Of Employees Referred To Above, Pursuant To Article 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code. 6. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Control The Contractors Fulfillment Of The Obligation Referred To In Para. 6, At The Place Of Order Processing. During The Inspection, Persons Delegated By The Contractor Are Obliged To Provide The Name And Surname To The Appointed Employee Of The Ordering Party. 7. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Ask The National Labor Inspectorate For Activities Under Statutory Competences To Check/Control Employment By The Contractor Or By The Subcontractor Of Persons Under A Contract Of Employment. 8. In The Event Of Failure To Comply With The Obligations Referred To Above, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Pay The Pen
