Part I: Development Of The General Plan Of The Siewierz Commune: 1) The Subject Of The Contract In Part I Is To Develop A Draft General Plan Of The Siewierz Commune (Hereinafter Referred To As Pog), Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended). The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: A) Drawing Up An Environmental Impact Forecast For The General Plan Project, B) Drawing Up An Ecophysiographic Study For The Purposes Of The General Plan, C) Developing Spatial Data To The General Plan, In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, D) Execution Of The Balance Of Areas Of Individual Planning Zones Designated In The General Plan (In Ha, Up To 2 Seats After Decimal). Amended),- Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758, As Amended),- Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Social Protection In Environment Environmental Impact (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended),- The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of September 9, 2002 On Eco -Ophysiographic Studies (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2002, No. 155 Item 1298),- Act Of 4 March 2010 On Spatial Information Infrastructure (I.E. 242),- Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647) And On The Basis Of Other Separate Provisions Relating To Spatial Planning And Development, And Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Contracting Authority During The Performance Of The Contract And Current Court Case Law On Spatial Development, As Well As In Accordance With The Principle Of Sustainable Development. 3) He Is Obliged To Know And Apply All Provisions Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, In The Wording In Force During The Period Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Track Any Changes To The Abovementioned Regulations And Newly Introduced Regulations And Apply Them On A Regular Basis. The Documentation Should Be In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force At The Date Of Transfer Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Employer.
