A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In: - Design Documentation Annex 3 Swz; - Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 4 Swz.M.M. The Robots Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Law And Construction Art. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Contract. The Contractor, Who Intends To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Contract To Subcontractors, Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Possible Subcontractors If They Are Already Known. Before Completing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, If The Names And Representatives Of Subcontractors Involved In Such Construction Works Are Known. The Contractor Notifies The Ordering Party Of Any Changes To The Above Data, During The Execution Of The Contract, And Also Provides The Required Information About New Subcontractors, To Whom He Intends To Entrust The Implementation Of Construction Works At A Later Time. The Performance Of Part Of The Contract For Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For The Proper Performance Of This Contract.
