1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Poviat Road No. 1316L In Trzebieszów, Second From Km 8+725 To Km 8+850.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Reconstruction Of The Road Section In The Scope Of:- Dismantling Of Asphalt Surface And Surface From Prefabricated Concrete Elements;- Dismantling Of The Fence And Bus Shelter;- Earthworks;- Construction Of A Parking Bay With A Width Of 5.5M Wide And Downhill;- Construction Of A Pavement Along The Parking Bay Of 1.8M Width With A Partial Palisade. Concrete And Construction Of Stairs;- Construction Of A Pavement/Platform 2M Wide, Between The Poviat Road And Parking Bay;- Renovation And Altitude Adjustment Of The Rain Inlets And Rainwater Wells;- Changes In Traffic Organization, Including Horizontal, Vertical And Winning Marking Of U-12A. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: • Design Documentation With A Pre -Works Of The Works - Annex 9 To Swz • Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex 10 To Swz4. If The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters, Etc.
