1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Comprehensive And Multi -Branch Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Reconstruction Of The 3Rd Floor Of The C Building In Spzoz In Wieluń To Create A Geriatric Ward. 2. The Investment Task Will Be Implemented In The Formula Design, Build And Equip In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, Project And Technical Documentation Developed For The Investment Task In Question, Documentation Of The Public Procurement Procedure Conducted Under The Public Procurement Law, The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Documents. 3. In The Event Of Failure To Sign The Contract For The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Reconstruction Of The 3Rd Floor Of The C Building At Sp Wieluń In Order To Create A Geriatrics Department Or Another Circumstance, As A Result Of Which The Investment Task Will Not Be Implemented, The Contract Concluded As A Result Of This Procedure Is Terminated Immediately, While Maintaining The Written Form Under Pain Of Nullity. 4. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Agreeing With The Contracting Authority Forms Of Prints And Documents That Will Apply During The Investment Task And The Transfer Of Them To The Contractor Of The Investment Task. 2) Keeping Documentation Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task, Including Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Completing All Documents Provided By The Construction Manager, Such As Material Approvals, Test Results, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Compliance For The Materials Provided, Etc.3) Verification And Provision Of The Safety Plan And Health Protection Plan Presented By The Contractor Of The Investment Task Before The Investment. 4) Verification And An Appointment Of The Material-Terminally-Financial Schedule. Design And Opinion On The Adopted Design Solutions.6) Transfer Of The Contractor Of The Investment Task (Square) Of Construction. Regardless Of The Above Working Time, The Working Time Of The Investor Supervision Inspector Should Be Adapted To The Working Time Of The Contractor And The Contracting Authority. In The Event Of An Urgent Necessity, The Investor Supervision Inspector Is Obliged To Appear In The Investment Task Within Max. 24 Hours Of Receiving Information.
