The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery In Buildings No. 53 And 54 In The Military Complex At Ul. Dworcowa 6A In The Group Of Dragacz, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Contract And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Its Scope Contained In The Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb) And Project Documentation (Technical Projects), Including In The Pre -Works Plasters On Window And Door Frames, Waste Disposal And Disposal. Przebby Building Building Materials, The Contractor Should Receive The Approval Of The Investor Supervision Inspector Confirmed By The Material Card. The Contractor Is Obliged To: Ensure The Safety Of The Work Of Employees Performing Works (In Particular To Train Employees And Equip Them With The Necessary Equipment); Protecting The Building Against Destruction And Other Damage; The Implementation Of Works In The Area Of Works In A Way That Is Not Burdensome For Users Of The Military Complex, Enabling During The Implementation Of The Works In A Safe And Uninterrupted Manner From The Building And The Area Of The Complex By Employees, Soldiers And Customers Of A Given Military Unit; Assurances On Their Own And At Their Own Expense Persons Performing The Subject Of The Contract For The Appropriate Conditions Of Occupational Health And Safety, Clothing And Protective Accessories In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And Equipment, Funds (Including Personal Protective Equipment And Disinfectant Measures) And Devices Necessary To Perform The Activities Covered By The Contract. The Contractor In The Event Of The Conditions As Above Is Liable For Damages And Situations Arising As A Result Of His Actions Or Their Omission. The Execution Of The Contractor For Performing The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined In A Cost Estimate, According To The Price Indicated In The Contractors Offer. The Contractor Provides All Materials And Devices Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract On Its Own And At Its Own Expens
