The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In Car Monitoring On The Indicated Sections Of Provincial Roads Using In Situ Measurements In Accordance With Art. 175 Para. 1 - Environmental Protection Law - Procedure No. 192/25. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In The Monitoring Of The Environment Using The In Situ Measurement Method On The Indicated Sections Of Voivodship Roads, Covering 24 -Hour Noise Level Measurements And Simultaneous Traffic Registration By Video Registration. The Purpose Of Fulfilling The Subject Of The Contract Is To Assess The Actual Impact Of Road Noise On The Environment And Verify The Compliance Of The Results Obtained With Applicable Standards Specified In Art. 175 Para. 1 Of The Environmental Protection Law.
