The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Reagents And The Lease Of The Analyzer For Biochemical Markings Together With The Ise Module To The Extent Specified In Swz And In Annex 6 - Technical Parameters. 3. The Application Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 2 To Swz, I.E. The Assortment And Price Form Of A Given Task Specifying The Quantity And Technical Requirements Of The Subject Of The Contract During The Contract. The Maximum Date Of Individual Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Is 5 Business Days. The Quantities Given Are Average Demand Within 36 Months. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Changing The Ordered Amount Of The Subject Of The Contract Regarding Individual Items When Indicating That The Gross Value Of The Concluded Contract May Not Increase. The Actual Demand Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Employer. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce The Range Of Deliveries By A Maximum Of 30% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract During The Performance Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Declares The Minimum Order Value Of 70% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract, Which The Employer Will Sign With The Contractor. 6. The Contractor Guarantees That The Provided Subject Of The Contract Is Factory New, Complete, Free From Defects, With A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods To The Seat Of The Ordering Party By Its Own Transport, Postal Parcel Or Through The Carrier Rented For This Purpose At His Own Expense And Risk. 8. Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract And Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Contract - Annex 4 To Swz.
