The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Following Services: 1) The Collection Of Municipal Waste - Consisting Of Selective Collection And Mixed (In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including Environmental Protection Requirements): A) Arising On Real Estate From The Stromiec Commune, Where Residents Live (Waste Fractions Collected From Residing Real Estate), B) Collected At The Selective Collection Point Of Municipal Waste Collection Collection Point (Hereinafter Pszok) Of The Stromiec Commune (Waste Fractions Collected From The Pszok Point), 2) Transport And Development Of The Abovementioned Waste (In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including The Requirements Of Environmental Protection), Consisting In The Transfer Of Waste To Municipal Installation In Order To Undergo Recovery Or Disposal.
