1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Technical Documentation For The Implementation Of The Task In The Field Of Adapting The Public Kindergarten Building No. 11 At Ul. Klubowa 2 In Jastrzębie-Zdrój, To The Needs Of The Disabled By Building A Ramp For Disabled People. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Making Building And Technical Documentation Of The Ramp Construction Into The Main Entrance Of The Building And Possibly, Depending On The Need, The Reconstruction Of The Main Entrance To The Building, And In The Absence Of Technical Possibilities Of Construction Of The Ramp To The Main Entrance (After Presenting The Technical Opinion From Which It Will Result In The Reason For The Lack Of Technical Possibilities) To Another Available Entrance To The Building, 2) Obtaining Project Maps, 3) Implementation Of Detailed Technical Specifications. (Stwiorb) Of All Types Of Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And In Particular The Public Procurement Law, 4) The Implementation Of Investor Cost Estimates And Bill Of Quantities (Along With Detailed Measurement Calculations) Based On Knrs Or Own Calculations-Separate For Each Industry, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On Determining Methods And Basics Investor, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Vol. Journal Of Laws 201, Item 2458), 5) Implementation Of A Collective List Of Costs, 6) Transfer Of The Electronic Version Of The Drawing And Descriptive Part, 7) Agreeing On Construction And Technical Design Documentation With The Kindergarten Director, 8) Reconciliation Of Construction And Technical Design Documentation With Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Katowice, 9) Obtaining A Building Permit 10) Exercising Author Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Project (The Cost Of Supervision Included In The Project Price) By Designers, Including Industry.
